IN REPLY TO JON D, THE SYSTEM IS 12 VOLT AND THE COILS I KEEP GOING THROUGH ARE ALSO 12 VOLT COILS. THE TRACTOR WILL BEGIN TO MISS AND EVENTUALLY DIE. AFTER IT COOLS DOWN (THE COIL GETS REAL HOT)YOU CAN USALLY RE-START IT, BUT IT MISS FIRES BADLY. OTHER TIMES IT WILL NOT START AT ALL AND I JUST GO TO THE PARTS STORE AND BUY A NEW $20.00 COIL.
