Keep havin' fun! A flame out the exhaust and glowing manifold/muffler are normal under full RPM/full load operation. Means only you've got a well-tuned engine that's working hard!

Just keep an eye on the water temperature, and let the motor run with no load at about 1/4 throttle for a couple minutes to cool before shutting it down.
