After spending a lot of money (for nothing) and a lot taking off and putting back on. I traced everything down to the Power Steering Cylinder. Now, earlier I took the 2 lines off and manually turned the front wheels. So the cyclinder wasn't stuck and fluid did come out of it. The steering felt just like brakes that needed bleeding. Well that's just what I did. Lot's of air and milky fluid. Duh! All other hydraulic bleeds into the resevoir, the cylinders don't have anywhere to go. Anyway the it's working fine now. Just a $2 wrench did the trick.

actually you didnt waste money...you learned something no trade school or book could ever give you...experience is the worlds best teacher.

you mite change all the hydraulic fluid now...all that milk is water and no point tearing up those fresh parts with contaminated fluid.

good luck
