One for starter? PTO engage, WDs have a rod that comes up from a lever on the side of the PTO to about the right side of the steering shaft support.

ON A WC THE SECOND ROD IS TO SHUT THE ENGINE OFF. IT GOES TO THE MAG WHICH HAS KILL SWITCH ON THE REAR (ENGINE SIDE) OF IT . THE PTO HAS A LEVER NEXT TO THE STEERING SUPPORT POST THAT YOU PULL TOWARD YOU. THE BELT PULLEY HAS TO BE ENGAGED BY LOOSENING A BOLT AND SLIDING THE PULLEY AND SHAFT TOWARD THE DRIVE SHAFT. SOME WC'S HAD A LEVER, PULL ROD TO ENGAGE THE PULLEY WHEN A CORN PICKER WAS INSTALLED (MOUNTED) ON IT. GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN WITH YOUR WC.
