one step at a time. --pull the starter and check taht it is not stuck
--use a pry bar thru the starter hole to try to turn the flywheel tooth by tooth.
--remove the valve cover and look at valves.
--tap each valve slightly with a hammer and see that it bounces down and back up, not sticking down.
--pull the oil pan and look at the bottom end
--pull the head off, see whcih piston is stuck.
--remove connecting rod caps one at a time and see when the crank starts to move--that piston is stuck.
--push up on stuck piston and push it out the top, hope the sleeve dont come also.
--if crank is stuck when connecting rods are loose, pull motor.

before you pull the pan or head, you might fill the cylinder with WD40 or PB blaster and let it set a few days to see if it can free the stuck rings (if piston is the problem)
