Fred, this is not uncommon on a 50 year old B. the rear seal is drip lubed with oil. over the years the oi lgets on the clutch and it can "lockup" when set for several weeks. Do as Phil said and see if it works. Driving around the driveway and stomping the brakes, or backing up aginst a tree or block wall can also work. When you get it free, pull the starter off and shoot the flywheel and cluthc with dishwashing soap. if you have a small pressure washer, spray it inside and soak it good, spray up the 3 inch hole in the bottom below the clutch also. make sure the bottom hole is clear of all crud so the oil can get out when needed. Wash it good and you will not have it stick for another 10 years.
