Rod I am glad to see im not the only one with a rear mounted buzz saw! I have one just like it! I dont use it much. The only reason I can figure on the fenders is that they are extended because of steel wheels, the steel would fling mud up. Beleive it or not the B i have has the exact same fenders! It came from New York. I guess our B's were asembeliy line brothers or something!LOL Don

Hi Don,

My, I think you have explained the reason my rear fenders are a little "different". I talked to my mother this morning and she said that Dad got the tractor with steel wheels on it in '43...apparently it came from the factory that way. He later traded those for a snowplow. This was about a year before I was born, so I never knew about it. I suspect yours came with steel also if that is the correct reason for the fenders.

My serial numbers are B58812 for the tractor and BE60390G for the engine.

Rod

Hey Rod,
My B serial number is B55925 and I have the small fenders. I know the numbers aren't within days of each other, but they sure are close!
