The hydraulic oil in the torque tube can leak into the transmission through the drive shaft seal or pass the rings on the eagle hitch piston into the transmission. To replace the drive shaft seal the tractor has to be split at the transmission/torque tube flange. To replace the eagle hitch piston rings, remove the seat and the rockshaft assembly underneath for piston access. Either or both the above can be leaking. If the hitch leaksdown with weight on it, that is the first and easiest problem to fit. Decent shape 211B in my area will run $2-3K. Ballpark 200B price at the link. Tractor is either 1958 or 1959.
