Ok here goes the unpopular tractor, rather than political question. I purchased a basket regular and am trying to figure out the date of MFG. I can't find a number on the frame, the tool box is gone. The block is stamped with What I can read QC45200. The literature I have says prefex QC was used 1926 and earlier but the number 45200 says mfg in 1929. Was the QC used longer than just to 1926 on the block? The 4 is hard to read so maybe it is some other charecter than a 4? could the following 0 be some other charecter? The fellow I got it from maintais it is a 26. What say the great farmall gurus of our time? It has a flat sided governor too.
