There is some adjustment there but the method depends on the year of the N. On the earlier models there is a disc with three of four capscrews remove the bolts (after taking the weight off the front wheels) and turn the discs to the next bolt hole.I think that the left will turn forward and the right the other direction. On the newer ones there is a locknut and screw arrangement loosen the nut and tighten the screw. That is the easy answer, most likely especially if the tractor has had a loader on it the thrust bearings inside will need replacing.
