The CA has the hand clutch that will stop forward motion but keep the mower running. This could be a major benfit if you get into tall heavy grass. Other than that the C and the CA are very similar. The C should have a bench seat rather than a pan seat like the CA. That is about it. Tough call, I think the CA is over priced and the C is a good price if they are in equal shape. The CA is definetly nice for PTO work though.
