I guess a computer operating system is like religion, beer, your brand of pickup truck and politics. Everybody whines about how bad it is, but nobody wants to switch to something different. I see all the whining about Windows, but the complainers will stay with it. It seems like everybody just keeps using it, complains about it, revert back to the system that they had before 10 took over, but in the end they know that they'll have to get it eventually. I'm beating a good horse to death here, but take any good working computer that's five years old (one that the Windows system has made obsolete and like molasses in January), load up linux or a variant and break away from Bill Gates. If you are not comfortable doing it, pay a few bucks to some local high school kid. Your Windoze complaints will stop. BTW, my daughter just graduated with a computer science and programming degree. She starts right out of college with a salary close to six figures. (I don't wish to brag on her too much, but she does know her stuff) She told me that there wasn't a single person in her class that runs the Windows operating system on what they use for personal use. That might tell you something. This post was made with Ubuntu, a Linux variant. I've use it for about 15 years. It is free, the upgrades are free and is much more secure than any Windows could ever produce.
