: : A while back there was some discussion about the use of a bush hog on a Super A . If any of you guys are running a bush hog on a Super A I have a question for you . How do you deal with the high off-center PTO shaft of the Super A. Is this a problem or will universal joints handle this much offset ? : John, : I recall the discussion, in fact I asked the follwoing question at that time: "Do you have any problems using rear-mounted equipment with the Super A's 'offset' pto due to the angle?" I couldn't find the actual response but the answer was that there was no problem. : Perhaps whoever brought this issue up several weeks ago will see this posting and provide an update. : John McDevitt Thanks John , I'll wait and see. I also wonder what is the best size for the Super A , 4-foot or 5-foot.I don't plan on doing a lot of bush hogging , just clean up after the fields are mowed . Probablt the 4-foot would be my best bet.
