Most all of the factory built 10,400 (9990) w/6" channel (doubled from hitch back to 1st axle)will be refered to as implement or equipment trailers and are plenty of trailer for this tractor. Your truck is, also. Practice getting your brake controller right for the load and speed you will be travelling before hitting the road. Improper setting and no brakes at all will give the same dissasterous results. Go no less than an 18 footer , twenty is best. If trailer is steel, it should weigh around 2400-2700#, (20'er) Stay away from the 1500-1900# stuff for tractors.
