Hey Lanse, Why do you want to replace the whole frame? I have a "53 Ford F100 that we cut the frame off at the firewall and added a "74 Nova front stub to. I gained power steering, power disc brakes and Chev V8 power. I have been driving it in the summer for over 25 years and the frame is still intact. If I had your truck I would do the same thing (especially if you have that 4.3 anchor under the hood). Good luck. Bob S.
