I have a 10" radial arm saw that the motor when turned on, just hums. I can turn the motor by hand and is free. When I turn the motor by hand and turn the switch on, the motor will run slow and then throw the breaker in the panel. Any suggestions as to the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks
