Use joist hangers to put 2x4s between your trusses. My 2x4s are four feet apart between trusses spaced eight feet apart. Poly underneath, then used white steel for a ceiling. Two custom cut panels span 48 feet. Just put 15 inches blown cellulose insulation on top a week ago, gives an R50 rating. Sidewalls are 2x6 studs filling in between poles, with 6 inch fiberglass insulation.
