You may want to be sure the trusses are built to handle a ceiling load. If not, an extra truss in between your existing ones will probably take care of that. There is a steel liner panel, which looks like the exterior steel but is thinner, therefore lighter. It will easily span 4'. However you do it, make sure the roof/ceiling system will handle the total load, both roof and ceiling (they are rated separate), a collapsed roof makes an awful mess of itself and anything under it.
