You'll need to find and disable autocomplete in your browser. It's a very annoying feature that tries to guess what you are going to type into a web form. Then it will often stuff the wrong thing in at the worst possible time. I don't know exactly where to tell you to look but if you let me know what browser and version you use, I'll research it and get back to you. I believe it's called AutoComplete on Firefox, but may have a different name in IE.
After you turn that off, go to the "Login Status" link at the top of the forum page, and in there is a "Log out". Do that an it will erase your password cookie so that next time, it gets created with the name you want. What happens there is that if the password is the same for both usernames, it will just keep the one that was last entered with the password even though you type another. Doing the "Log out" wipes out the cookie so it has to create a new one on the next post.
Be sure to fix the autocomplete first or it may stuff the wrong one into the posting form later.
Sorry I didn't realize this is what you were talking about the other day, I had thought it was still the issue of the links appearing on posts.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
