A lot more info is needed for use to be able to help you help your self. Are you talking about a loader?? Does it run off the on board hyds or does it have a crank shaft driven pump?? If it has a pump up front run off the crank shaft a good number of them have the tank built into the loader frame and you should see a breather or pipe plug on the area where the hoses come out. That is where you fill it. As for bleeding it will do it on its own as you move the cylinder in and out
