Ok, I know this has probably been asked several times but guess I was lazy and didn't look through archives. After thinking on it for a while, I want to paint my JD tractor using Acrylic enamel with maybe a coat of clearcoat instead of the synthetic enamel. My question is this. I started painting my parts last July and haven't done anything with them since. I used the JD dealership paint synthetic enamel with hardener in paint. I really didn't want to have to go back and strip paint off castings or hood if I could paint over it and maybe use a sealer underneath. This tractor will show/parade only and it is stored inside of my shop. I did sandblast, use phosphoric acid, and PPG epoxy primer. Any advice on this please. Thanks again for your help.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
