The clutch brake has not been fitted on production for 10 years now,the tractor will work very well without it as it is a fairly major job to repair(tractor split between cluch housing and GEARBOX,not engine)I would not bother with it unless you are realy attached to it. The clutch brake is simply 2 metal plates that rub together under the force of the spring on the operating rod,you will find first gearshift with a cold transmission more difficult,but on the move garshifts slightly easier with the external operating rod removed.
