thanks to all for the advise , i will try them adjustments , just to answer some of the questions asked , this tractor was for the most part stored in doors for years , the last owner had it 5 or so and kept under roof, but used it very little , has no noticeable hyd. leaks , i have pressure washed every thing 3 months ago no excessive leaks maybe some seeping here or there, but it wont leave any spots on my concrete floor or use any hyd. oil , nothing is rusted anywhere on valves- they where coated with oil & hay dust when i got it due to a bad line from valve to quick conn., im thinking and hoping adjustment is going to fix it , - i do have a 3000 PSI hyd test gauge, also have an original service and pars manual , just in case someone wants to referance them in there advise, but they didnt say much about hyd. speed adjustment , thanks again
