Everyone is going to look at this from a different perspective. If you are really interested in this unit you are undoubtly going to invest a ton of monies in fixing it up even to just run or get around. ( You don't know why it was parked in the first place.) Let alone if you invest in new tires , side panels and a paint job. If it is something you'd like to do it would potentially keep you out of other kinds of troubles. Is it worth the investment, only you can decide. If it were halfway close to me I would consider looking at it to keep it out of scrap yard but again a matter of perspective.
