Hi Guys, I am continuing the work on my 9N, the tranny rebuild went ok and now am at the clutch. The rod that the clutch fork / throughout bearing rides on is very stiff. I would like to at least remove it, steel wool it and replace, or replace bushings if there are any. My F04 manual doesn't give any detail on how it comes out. Can anyone help? I suppose I could just oil it and work it til it loosens up, but I am trying to do it as right as I can while I have everything apart. The lever on the side looks like it has a small bolt going through it but the head is half ground off and its not moving. It looks like a pin holding the fork in place?? Does that just get driven out with a punch? Does the rod itself just drive out of one side of the tranny or the other? Advice would be appreciated. FYI - Tractor sat outside with no use for at least a year.
