lol my jub carb needs work but its the same way,even on the coldest day i cant choke it for any longer than it takes me to move the choke knob out and in, any more and its game over,my problems for some reason all my throttle is in 1/2 inch of movement i got a "black beauty" from here,and after several days, and miss diagnoses of the problem,[ engine rpm was allover the place and all by itself]i put the old carb back on,it ran sweet! its just now idle to full power takes 1/2 inch of handle movement,but it runs so good im afraid to fool with it lol ford tractors have been long known to be very sensitive to too much choke,most times none at all works just fine
