You can install OEM style duals if you can find a set of the dual wheel adapters and required lug stud extenders. Besides rins and tires, you will also need another set of wheel centers for this option.
Alternatively, you can install clamp on duals. This set up requires the spacer drum and clamps but does not need wheel centers.
I have steep ground and multiple sets of OEM dual wheel adapters but never need duals for stability with any of my vintage Fords.
