While OLD is correct that the most staright forward solution is a shaft driven pump the downside of that is a big wart sitting way out in front of the nose of the tractor or a hatchet job on the grille sheetmetal to make room for the pump in next to the radiator. He is incorrect in his worries about belt slippage. My system uses a synchronous drive belt (aka timing belt) that will transmit every last one of the 20 odd ponies the N motor puts out with zero slippage. I'm easy and I can build it either way. The design issues are physical pump mounting, source of hydraulic oil, amd integration into the tractor's internal system, None of those is particularly hard to solve.
