The "other" site is a big can of worms. I haven't been around long enough to know what happened other than there is some animosity there. Anyway I scanned in my copy as a pdf file. i'm trying a new upload service to share it. I couldn't find an option here or at photobucket to upload and share a pdf file to so I hope this place works...here goes p.s. you'll need adobe acrobat to read it
