Ray..........no, 6 or 12 volts, the basic ignition specifications stay the same. For the roundcan sidemount 52 8N, timing is 4* BTDC, firing order is 1,2,4,3 CCW, points gap is 0.025, sparkie gap is 0.025. Recommend hotter sparkplug AL-437 for modern no-lead gasoline.........Dell
