Zane, According to my calk-lation you are just a year older than I. My father bought me a brand new 48 8N for my 12th birthday. I was tall for my age and the farm needed a tractor anyway. We had all the attachments including the levitating jack. The following year just as I turned 13 I won the county 4H tractor driving contest. We used the jack all the time because we both cultivated and mowed with the same tractor. Later I found out that there was a mower with a longer frame that would mow a full swath with the wheels set out. Thanks for triggering the old memory system. Ed
