Buck, When you mention oil being stuck on top of the head, it made me think of this. When I first noticed it I didn't think much of it, but after reading your post I thought I'd mention this. After turning the engine off, I get a small, slow but steady stream of smoke coming out of a vent in the valve cover. This continues for at least 10 or 15 minutes. Does this shed any light on my problem? Thanks in advance, again. Jim
