The four cyl. Perkins I have worked on, Industrial not Ag. Have a lift or carrier mechanical pump that looks like an auotmotve fuel pump that bolts to the block. That should have a manual primer When you open the bleeder or crack the outlet line to the injector pump. Pump that until you get agood flow of fuel, then crack the lines at the injectors and crank the engine untill fuel appears. hope this helps Jerry
