Massey 1105 Lift Arms suddenly INOP

1st - NEVER had any issues before. Is full of fluid. Both sets of remotes still work fine. Steering still works fine. brakes still work fine. Worked a box blade for about 2 hours - when done I unhooked and raised arms and LOCKED them in the UP position. then Hooked up Batwing mower. Mowed 6 hours. Came back to house unhooked batwing and tried to lift arms so I could turn the UNLOCK knob back to OPEN on back left. could not turn it due to weight of arms internally on lock so I picked up on the arms about an inch and turned the knob. then the arms then sank down and will not pick back up. ((normally you just slide the lever and they pick up about 1 inch more so you can unlock or OPEN)) The Linkage is fine and working. 3 position lever is working. Draft knob turns freely. all linkages good. ??? Is there a priority valve on it somewhere that switches steering to 3 point lift and vice versa? where is it located? roger in little rock. HELP!!! need to hook up my hay mower ASAP!!!
