Has the "running out of oil" and vibration problem with the clutch engaged always existed or is getting worse?
These 10 and 20 series Waterloo tractors run out of oil when the clutch is depressed which shuts down the transmission hydraulic pump.
iirc the Dubuques and Mannheims always spin the hydraulic pump even with the clutch depressed.
Who even made the hydraulic connections to the tractor did it half correct and half wrong. The direct "T" into the high pressure line to supply the loader valves is correct.
The hydraulic return line directly back into the transmission case is a jackleg affair. txjim has kindly included the instructions and an image of how to properly return oil from high demand hydraulic loads. This will vastly reduce problems due to a worn transmission pump. And maintain some oil flow to the front pump when the clutch is depressed.
This would also be a good time to check for oil flow from the loader control valve's return line that is currently connected into the transmission case.
If there is any oil flow when neither of the loader valves are being operated. There is either an open center valve being used. The closed center valve has failed a seal. Or there is a relief valve in there set for less than 2300psi.

You got to understand that while my Mom is a hard worker who will always help whenever she can... she had never operated farm machinery before that day. Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o
