The parts catalogs are available for free...beware that the early unstyled manuals are not arranged how you'd expect. It's like the parts are laid out on a board and drawn....their relationship to each other is not shown.The styled manual is more what you'd expect. They're ALL useful for yours.

I've never seen your exact bracket....I think it's a custom thing myself. Actually it looks something like a bracket for a generator? Sometimes they were mounted on the fender with a belt going to a pulley on the flywheel or belt pulley....so they could have lights.
