Check your breakers- on the 30 and 40 series the connections were bolted down straight on to the breaker- they would corrod a tad and like stated heat and trip and burn out or just not conduct at all- it was solved in the 50 series by putting a nut on the stud first then the connection then another nut- dash light I believe on them is a one bulb setup that feeds a series of fiber optic lines that divert the light to the separate gauges- so that bulb maybe burned out as well as the rest of your bulbs maybe burned out. You could also check your dimmer switch. I would say you can check the main connection which is about right under the crawl window on the right side but since you have flashers I doubt your problem lies there.
