Rusty, I am located east of Cleveland, in the snow belt. My friend bought this tractor 11/2 yrs ago for 2500 will probley try to make a few bucks. Based on all the replys it sounds like it would work out. I would need to find a reasonable priced blade. Did they make a front mount blade for the 40 like the one on the M ? First I have to sell my 60. Thanks for the reply. Joe
