There are two ways for you to do power steering on that tractor! One is the "Char Lynn" way, and the other involves buying an entire replacement front assembly if you also need to acquire the two piece pedestal, and nearly as much if you are looking for the factory power steering unit itself! Your best source, is to find a junkyard with a donor tracto that has the parts you need. It will take considerable work, but IMO, most slavage yards are likely to sell you the complete assembly fairly reasonably! There cannot be that much call for those parts!
