will i have to disagree with u we have a 4230 for as long as i know and even before then it has something like 7000+ hrs on it we have had to have some tranny work i think the oil pump in the tranny it was but its never let us down we pull a 36 ft rod weeder with it up our hills and it doesent do it easy but it holds the rpm alot better then our case 2390 thats for sure ours also has no turbo id say ours doesent get worked easy and will be the last tractor around here all the others will be sold before it i figure they just keep on going
