That sounds like the setup on this baler. There is another hole in the collar about a quarter turn from the set screw. Should I use punch to try and rotate the collar ofThe bottom of this hole is cone shaped. Are you saying that I should strike the punch sideways as if to rotate this collar like a nut on a bolt? Thanks
