I agree that the shanks are not at the designed angle. Didn't pay attention to that until I pulled up their www after a local used guy had one of their drag disc harrows for sale and I marveled at how well it was constructed and that it had all the right parts that most neglect. Did notice a similarity in parts and construction techniques to the renovator. Makes sense.
The renovator on the site had the deck level. I still can't get over how well these things are not only designed but built, even down to the castings being theirs with their name cast in.
