How much do you have left of the old ones? Enough to copy from to make them? Just open your vise up a little and place over opening, heat were the rounds shapes should be and tap it with a ball peen hammer to the right shape, drill holes to fit and paint it orange. Just be careful not to burn yourself with the hot parts!
