Lots of 3 point hay mowers have a heavy pipe-type mounting arrangement- an inverted "U", with 3 point pins on both lower ends, and top link mount at the top (picture a Ford 501 mower, for instance). They never bring more than 50 bucks around here.
Take all the mower stuff off the mounting "U". Get one of those cheap electric winches from Northern Tool (100 bucks or so)- mount toward the top, near the top link, hook to electrics of the tractor, and you're off and running.
This would not be a real heavy duty outfit, but would be fine for firewood, which is what I need.
