A dump rake would be a lot faster And easier than what you say you did last year. To use one you just figiure out how far you have to drive to get the size windrow you want then raise it to dump (some will do that automaticaly) and turn and come back just against your first pass and raise it at the same location as your first row of dumps, The rows will not be as straight as a side rake but you can get by. They were pulled with 1 horse so power would not be your problem with that ATV, a slow enough speed, traction and ground (hay) clearance would be the problems. And they were made for the little old 2 wheel garden tractors. Where are you at over there? Ever hear of the Alsas-Lorain ? area.
