First, value can depend greatly by where you're located, along with overall condition. I've owned a Adams #3 Road Patrol for 20 years and have been offered over $800 for it, but at that time I was not selling my collection of horse machinery. The smaller horse drawn graders are very collectable and not easily found in good condition. Many of them have had the front wheels removed for direct mounting to a tractor. I do have an extra set of front wheels for these machines. You could try posting a picture in the Implement Photo Gallery.
