My parts manual shows a spacer at the bottom of the auger(with a set screw) but none at the top of the auger. When standing on the ladder at the rear of the grinder, I can see that there is more of a rise on the left side of the grinder top. It almost appears that the bracket for the unloading auger may have pushed the top up, like excessive downward pressure was put on the unloading auger.I guess I will try extending the ears on the top bearing support. The left side will have to be extended 3/4" and the right side only about 5/8". I don't think this will hurt anything since most of the pressure on the auger is vertcal(straight down to the gear box.)The top bearing will mearly support the top of the auger so as to not wander from side to side.
