The spindle arm in the pic is bent, should be straight. Try a Toro dealer and see if they are still available or try on the various sites below for info on used ones from someone. You can look at the Master Parts Viewer on Toro"s site and find the part number and check www.rcpw.com and see if they are available. I have a C-141 myself, they were made from 1978-1979.
