I am not sure that this is technically a garden tractor, if I am in the wrong forum let me know and I will move along. I just got a 165 hydro at an auction, everything seems to work well when I cut grass with it. I have never had a hydro before and all I know is that it says to keep the fluid 5-1/2" below the neck. I can buy a manual on ebay for about $20, would that be a good investment? Is there anything I should know about how to operate or maintain a hydro transmission? Any advice will be much appreciated.
