Thanks for the replies...when I bought this the bagger had not been installed for a few years and my son did it as best as he could figure out. Where would the tension spring connect? He has one that connects to the the top of that gold plated eyebolt in the picture, and it goes back and connects on the tube of the blower itself...not sure if this is correct or not..that pulls the bottom idler pulley back slightly
